Our History

Imagined by local islanders in the late 1960’s and brought to fruition in 1981, the Gabriola Golf and Country Club is home to the island’s only golf course. We are a public course run by a small staff and many volunteers.

The course boasts tranquility and nature accentuated by magnificent views of Hoggan Lake, roaming deer and soaring eagles. The challenging 5,705 yard par 71 course has nine fairways with separate tee boxes for a front and back nine.
